The Domain Trainer develops content, delivers training, and manages external certifications for Investment Banking and Broker Dealer domains. The role identifies certification partners, builds domain expertise, supports people development and remedial training, and drives continuous improvement. Responsibilities include tracking training progress and reporting outcomes to Training and Operations.

The Domain Trainer develops content, delivers training, and manages external certifications for Investment Banking and Broker Dealer domains. The role identifies institutes and certification bodies, builds certified talent pools, and drives people development, remedial training, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include strengthening domain expertise, tracking training progress, reporting to operations

The candidate should have strong L1 and L2 knowledge of Investment Banking and Broker Dealer domains, with experience in training delivery and learner assessment. Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office, trend analysis, and reporting is required, along with people management, critical thinking, problem solving, and issue resolution skills.
What are we looking for?

Responsible for developing domain content, delivering training, assessing learning needs, and coaching teams. Manage Investment Banking and Broker Dealer certifications, training modules, and trainer backups.Drive continuous knowledge improvement, remediation training, progress reporting, stakeholder engagement,domain expertise,and customer satisfaction. The candidate should have strong L1 and L2 knowledge of Investment Banking and Broker Dealer domains, with experience in training delivery and learner assessment. Strong L1 and L2 knowledge of the Investment Banking (IB) and Broker Dealer domain, with the ability to deliver training, assess learner knowledge, and support capability development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with strong presentation and facilitation abilities to engage audiences and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
