Business Intelligence Developer - OpenSource

You will collaborate with the team and business users to analyze requirements, support in design tasks, and develop MIS reports and dashboards. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for reuse, establishing and upholding standards, and best practices. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing unit test plans, test scripts, and participating in the System Integration Testing (SIT) phase. Your role will also include active participation in pre-sales activities. Your primary skills should include hands-on experience with any Business Intelligence (BI) tool, familiarity with Open Source BI tools, proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting, a solid understanding of Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts, and exposure to publishing reports/dashboards across different environments and scheduling jobs. Secondary skills that will be beneficial for this role include knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, experience in Retail & FMCG or BFS domains, and exposure to any Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tool. In addition to technical skills, possessing good verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, will be advantageous. The ideal candidate should have a degree in B.E./B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc with an experience range of 3 to 4 years. This position requires immediate availability in Bangalore, India.
