Job Title: Business Executive Industry : Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) Salary : Rs. 10,000 to 12,000 + Incentives (Based on performance) Job Summary A Business Executive in an NBFC is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring clients, maintaining relationships, and promoting financial products and services. The role involves achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall revenue of the organization. Key Responsibilities Sales and Client Acquisition : Identify and approach potential clients to promote financial products (e.g., loans, leasing, investment options). Meet assigned sales targets and generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Address customer inquiries and provide tailored financial solutions. Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients. Market Research and Strategy : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Product Knowledge and Promotion : Stay updated on the company's financial products and services. Educate clients about product features, benefits, and terms. Actively promote cross-selling opportunities. Operational Coordination : Work closely with internal teams such as operations, credit, and risk to ensure timely loan approvals and service delivery. Ensure accurate and timely submission of applications and documents. Compliance and Documentation : Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines in all transactions. Ensure proper documentation of customer profiles, agreements, and other required records. Performance Reporting : Prepare and present daily/weekly sales reports to management. Analyze personal sales performance and suggest ways to improve outcomes. Key Skills and Competencies Sales Acumen : Strong ability to sell financial products and meet targets. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging with clients. Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships. Problem-solving : Analytical mindset to provide effective financial solutions to clients. Time Management : Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with financial software and MS Office Suite. Qualifications and Experience Education : 10th, 12th, Diploma, Degree Experience : 1–3 years of experience in sales or a similar role in the financial services industry will be an added advantage Knowledge : Basic understanding of financial products, credit assessment, and industry regulations. Performance Metrics (KPIs) Achievement of sales targets. Lead conversion rate. Customer retention and satisfaction levels. Accuracy in documentation and compliance adherence. Contribution to revenue growth. Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, with performance-based incentives.
