Job Overview

Amitus World Immigration is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our growing team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling potential clients, generating business opportunities, following up on leads, and promoting the company's immigration and visa consultancy services.

Candidates will also receive training in immigration processes, visa categories, client profile assessment, and consultation skills. Based on their performance and learning, they will get the opportunity to develop their careers as Immigration Consultants.

Key Responsibilities – BDE (Business Development Executive)

• Contact potential clients through company-provided leads and outbound calls.
• Generate business opportunities through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Understand clients' requirements regarding immigration, PR, work visas, and overseas opportunities.
• Explain the company's immigration and visa consultancy services.
• Counsel potential clients about available immigration pathways after appropriate training.
• Conduct basic client profile assessments and identify potential opportunities.
• Schedule consultations and coordinate with the immigration team.
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain lead records, client details, and daily calling reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Training & Career Growth

• Training on immigration and visa consultancy services.
• Understanding of Canada, Australia, the UK, and European immigration pathways.
• Learning client counseling and profile assessment.
• Practical training in lead management, sales, and client conversion.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of English and Hindi.
• Confidence in handling client calls and inquiries.
• Interest in sales, business development, and immigration services.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or business development will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹55,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Working Days & Timings

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: Weekly Off
