Achieving annual budget plan in terms of revenue & customer base/product base. Complete an in-depth needs analysis for the client and identify areas of the business where value added services can be provided to optimize the profitability. Planning with the team to increase the market share of various products in the existing & develop new markets. Create and be accountable for all client proposals and contracts. Present solutions to the client using appropriate method for presenting the service offering. Close the sale and assist in the implementation process linking in with operations, customer service, and senior management teams. Strong negotiation strategies towards rates and service levels with customers that would generate a healthy business and build long lasting relationship. Monthly & quarterly forecasting of business & revenue of all products. Manage relationship between dedicated operations team, client, finance, and any other key stakeholders. Follow up on invoicing and billing with the customers and ensure the credit limits are adhered to.
