We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager for our Wallpaper and Interior Dcor business in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and increasing sales through architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and dealers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for wallpapers and wallcoverings.

• Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and real estate developers.

• Identify and acquire new customers and project-based business.

• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sample demonstrations.

• Develop dealer and distributor networks across Coimbatore and nearby markets.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.

• Follow up on leads, enquiries, orders, and payments.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

• Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and a sales pipeline.

Candidate Profile

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline; a business or marketing qualification is preferred.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.

• Experience in wallpaper, interior dcor, home furnishings, building materials, or related industries preferred.

• Existing contacts with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel for client meetings.
