Business Development Manager - IT

Role & responsibilities

* Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in Cloud, IoT, and SaaS solutions.

* Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

* Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

* Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and solution offerings.

* Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with prospective clients.

* Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging business opportunities.

* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve business targets.

* Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.

Preferred candidate profile

* Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Management.

* Experience selling Cloud, IoT, SaaS, or Digital Transformation solutions is preferred.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

* Strong understanding of Cloud Technologies, IoT solutions, and SaaS platforms.

* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Proven ability to build client relationships and close business deals.

* Experience in market analysis, business strategy, and competitive research.

* Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

* Experience in the Electronics Design & Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
