  • Identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and manage key accounts.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions for clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare regular sales reports.
