The selected candidate will closely work with me and will be responsible for initiating first-level discussions with potential clients, cold calling, and qualifying leads. This role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in sales within the corporate training sector and is passionate about learning and development. Roles & Responsibilities : Conduct first-level discussions with potential clients to understand their training needs Perform cold calling to generate leads and schedule introductory meetings Qualify leads and identify the key decision-makers within target organizations Present an overview of Enlinks training solutions to prospects, sharing relevant case studies and client success stories Schedule and coordinate main follow-up calls with the Senior Key Account Manager Research and identify new market opportunities for corporate training solutions Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in corporate training and learning solutions Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM regarding client interactions and pipeline status Assist in creating customized corporate training packages based on initial client discussions Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to enhance Enlinks market positioning Support in preparing proposals,TOC, quotes, and presentations for prospective clients Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or a related field 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, Inside Sales or BDM Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus Interested candidate reach out to HR Ruchita- 9136606172 or ruchita.ulhalkar@enlinkit.com
