Business Development Executive (Travel & Tourism)

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.

• Share package details, itineraries, quotations, and hotel information.

• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the booking process.

• Coordinate with the internal operations team for smooth booking execution.

• Maintain enquiry and booking details in the company system.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Fluent in Tamil and English; Hindi is an added advantage.

• Comfortable making calls and handling customer follow-ups.

• Good convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Travel industry or sales experience is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills and interest in travel can also apply.

• Should be target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
