Position: Business Development Executive – Tamil Location: Coimbatore region (with travel across Tamil Nadu and occasionally to Kerala or other states) Company: Fuselage Innovations Pvt. Ltd. Industry: Agri-Tech / Drones / Defence / Technology Solutions Experience: 0–2 Years Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Development Executive who is fluent in Tamil and familiar with the Coimbatore region. This role involves promoting our drone-based agri-tech solutions to farmers and institutions, and supporting them through government-backed schemes. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities in agriculture, drone services, and institutional partnerships across Tamil Nadu. Promote drone solutions to farmers, cooperatives, FPOs, and agri-based institutions. Assist clients with government schemes such as the Agriculture Infrastructure Fund (AIF) and Drone Promotion Programs. Handle documentation and follow-ups for applications and approvals. Coordinate with the internal team and external partners for smooth execution of services. Conduct demonstrations, awareness sessions, and training programs. Maintain CRM records and prepare basic reports. Communicate effectively in Tamil with rural and urban clients. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in business development or related fields. Fluency in Tamil (mandatory); basic understanding of English or Malayalam is an advantage. Good interpersonal and documentation skills. Basic knowledge of government agricultural schemes is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. Willing to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu. Preferred Attributes Familiarity with agricultural communities or experience in fieldwork. Passionate about technology and rural development. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
