Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Kochi, Kerala (with travel across Kerala, domestic, and international locations) Company: Fuselage Innovations Industry: Agri-Tech / Drones / Defence / Technology Solutions Job Overview : Fuselage Innovations is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to accelerate the adoption of our cutting-edge drone solutions. This role blends strategic sales, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on support for clients navigating government-backed loan and subsidy schemes. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in expanding our presence across agriculture, drone services, and institutional partnerships, both in India and globally. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities across agriculture, drone services, and educational/institutional collaborations. Pitch and promote Fuselage Innovations' drone technologies to farmers, agribusinesses, FPOs, cooperatives, and agricultural organisations. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and government stakeholders. Guide clients through government schemes and financial assistance programs, including AIF (Agriculture Infrastructure Fund) and Drone Promotion Schemes. Provide end-to-end support for client onboarding, including eligibility checks, documentation, application processing, and follow-ups. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely approvals and fund disbursement. Organize and facilitate product demonstrations, training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns. Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and gather actionable customer insights. Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and generate regular sales and performance reports. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or the agri-tech sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with government schemes and financial programs related to agriculture and drones. Excellent documentation, organizational, and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms. Willingness to travel extensively across India and occasionally abroad for meetings, demos, and events. Preferred Attributes: Prior experience working with government departments, rural communities, or agricultural institutions. Passion for technology-driven transformation in agriculture.
