About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive Intern to support our sales and outreach efforts across the AEC and tech sectors. This role includes lead generation, cold calling, strategic outreach, and cross-functional collaboration to help expand our client base and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities via LinkedIn, cold calling, email, and other channels Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through proactive outreach and research Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align on proposals, campaigns, and strategies Assist in creating client presentations, proposals, and sales materials Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM and track sales pipeline progress Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and insights Requirements: Bachelors degree in B.Tech or MBA with a focus on Marketing (pursuing or completed) Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in cold calling and initiating B2B conversations Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach platforms Basic understanding of B2B sales and knowledge of the AEC or tech industry (preferred) Strong research and analytical skills to assess client needs and market trends Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently and in teams
