As we scale our outreach, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to promote our marketing services and expand the reach of our educational products to institutions, educators, and training providers. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for promoting our educational products (e-learning courses, academic platforms, training programs). Pitch customized marketing solutions to schools, colleges, universities, and educational consultants. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the education ecosystem. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align offerings with client needs and market demands. Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to support strategic planning. Manage lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups to achieve sales and partnership goals. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting on business development activities. Requirements: MBA in Education (mandatory) from a recognized institution. 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand educational needs and propose relevant solutions. Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office applications. Goal-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in promoting digital education solutions or marketing services to educational institutions. Familiarity with trends in the EdTech and academic landscape. Existing network within the education sector is an added advantage.
