The candidate should have a passion for sales and basic knowledge of online bidding platforms. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 3 years of experience in IT sales or business development. Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads and business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and LinkedIn . Write and submit project proposals on bidding portals. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT services or solutions. Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams (development, design, marketing) to craft tailored proposals. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and get incentives every month. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM. Required Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of online bidding portals and IT project acquisition strategies. Ability to understand basic technical concepts (Web development, Mobile apps, SaaS, etc.). Good negotiation and client relationship-building skills. Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 6 months to 3 years of experience in IT sales or online bidding. Freshers with strong communication skills and a desire to learn are welcome.
