Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Calicut, Kerala Company: I D Design Interiors Experience: 1-3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply) Job Type: Full-Time About Us: I D Design Interiors is a leading interior design firm with over 20 years of experience in delivering high-quality residential and commercial interior projects across Kerala. We’re known for our commitment to design excellence, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction. Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base in the Calicut region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting our growth in both the residential and commercial interior segments. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients (homeowners, businesses, builders, architects) Promote interior design services to prospective clients Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations Build and maintain strong client relationships Follow up on leads and inquiries received through marketing campaigns or referrals Collaborate with design and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets Represent the company at local networking events, expos, and meetings Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good presentation skills Basic understanding of interior design is a plus Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in interior design, construction, or real estate) Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 30/05/2025
