Roles & Responsibilities Identify, research, and target potential clients across industries Generate high-quality leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, networking, etc. Pitch our services (Branding, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, etc.) effectively Schedule and lead client meetings, calls, and presentations Collaborate with internal teams to build proposals and close deals Maintain CRM/database with lead and client activity Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets Represent the company at events, expos, and digital platforms Required Qualifications & Skills MBA in Sales & Marketing Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Ads, Social Media, etc.) Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong follow-up game Proficiency in CRM tool and presentation software (Zoho, Hubspot, and more) What Youâll Get Performance-based incentives Work with a creative and passionate team Learning and mentorship from industry experts Career growth opportunities in a fast-scaling agency A fun, flexible, and collaborative work environment Ready to join us?
