Position : Business Development Advisor

About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are keen to build a career in business development and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities ? Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and follow-ups ? Understand client requirements and present suitable company services ? Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients ? Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and basic presentations ? Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions ? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services ? Work towards achieving assigned business targets.

Eligibility & Requirements ? Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or related roles ? Candidates with prior experience or exposure in a Fintech company will be preferred ? Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Management, or Finance background will be an advantage) ? Good verbal and written communication skills ? Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication ? Self-motivated, eager to learn, and target-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
