Job Description

Voice Process Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously. Provide clear and effective communication to resolve customer queries and complaints. Verify customer information and update records as required. Follow scripts and guidelines to maintain service quality and accuracy. Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary. Maintain call logs and reports as per company standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required languages : Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil Fluent in any one language is mandatory. should be Proficient in English Strong problem-solving ability and customer-oriented approach. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools. Basic computer skills (MS Office, internet navigation). Prior experience in customer support (voice and/or non-voice) is preferred. Patience and empathy when dealing with customers. shift: Rotation Shift ( Rotational week end shift)
