Job Description

Primary Skills: Business Analysis with banking domain mainly commercial cards domain


Total experience: 7+ years as Business Analyst & Strong Communication Skills

  • Lead business analysis for

    commercial banking and treasury products

    , translating product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and integration specifications across systems and vendors.
  • Drive end-to-end process and data flow mapping, documenting client journeys, data lineage, controls, dependencies, and operational workflows to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.
  • Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to support governance, audit readiness, UAT, pilot programs, and successful product launches.
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison, leveraging expertise in financial services, requirements management, process optimization, Agile delivery, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver client-ready, data-driven solutions.

Immediate-Serving NP until month end
