Location: Pune/Mumbai

Job Description:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3–7 years) as a Business Analyst in a telecom, maritime, or technology-focused environment.
  • Understanding of satellite communications (VSAT), terrestrial networks (4G/5G/LTE), SD-WAN, and maritime operations is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in requirement elicitation, technical documentation, data analysis, and process modelling.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, UML, MS Visio or similar.
  • Experience using analytics tools including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and other similar tools.
  • Familiarity with API-driven architectures and integration projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in Agile including SAFe or hybrid delivery environments.
