Role typeFull-time • Reporting to Head of Product, Kadac S2PLocationMumbai or Pune Experience3 to 5 yearsFunctionClient requirement gathering for Kadac Source to Pay platform and testing the platform for new features developed by the teamStartImmediate (30-45 days)Position overviewWe are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to drive efficiency in our Source-to-Pay operations and shape the Kadac S2P platform. You will interact with potential clients to understand the pains, gather requirements to optimize / customized S2P technology stack similar to SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa and translate what you learn into platform requirements that make Kadac better for every customer we serve.Key responsibilitiesS2P platform operations & optimization

• Administer and optimize procurement systems - specifically driving workflows and connected ERPs.
• Bridge Procurement and IT to troubleshoot platform issues, execute updates, test releases, and improve system integration.
• Understand and help standardize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes across the organization and across customer deployments.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to implement, test, and optimize new modules on the Kadac S2P platform.

Process optimization & requirements

• Evaluate existing workflows across the procurement lifecycle, map "as-is" vs "to-be" processes and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Gather business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and translate them into clear system configuration specs and product requirements.
• Partner with the Kadac product team to turn operational pain points into platform features other customers can benefit from.

Experience & education

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst directly supporting procurement, sourcing, or supply chain functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical skills

• S2P platforms - knowledge of S2P platforms similar to SAP Ariba and Ivalua (Sourcing, Contracts, Spend Analysis, or P2P modules). Equivalent experience with Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or Workday Procurement is acceptable.

Core competencies

• Strong analytical mindset you can turn complex, messy data into actionable insight that executives act on.
• Excellent negotiation-support skills - you turn data into a compelling narrative sourcing leads can walk into a room with.
• Strong written and spoken communication - you present technical concepts to non-technical business leaders without losing either audience.
• Problem-solving agility in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and the right answer is rarely written down.

Bonus points

• Certifications in procurement, supply chain, or business analysis CSCP, CPSM, CPSM-D, CBAP, or CIPS Level 4+.
• Prior experience at a procurement software companies such like Zycus, GEP, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, in a solution consultant, implementation consultant, or BA role.
