Business Analyst Sales Enablement (Banking Domain)

We are looking for a Business Analyst with banking domain experience to support sales enablement initiatives, identify cross-selling and referral opportunities, and improve banker productivity through data-driven insights and business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand banking products, business processes, and relationship management workflows.
• Gather business requirements from bankers, Relationship Managers (RMs), and business stakeholders.
• Analyze CRM data, customer portfolios, and relationship maps to identify cross-sell and referral opportunities.
• Prepare client pre-call plans, business insights, talking points, and referral recommendations.
• Document business requirements, user stories, workflows, and business rules.
• Support bankers during pilot sessions by providing timely business insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with business, technology, and product teams for requirement clarification and issue resolution.
• Support UAT, process improvement, and pilot performance reporting.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain.
• Good understanding of Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, or Wealth Management.
• Knowledge of banking products such as Lending, Treasury, Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Deposits.
• Experience in CRM systems, customer relationship management, and sales processes.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, user stories, and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of cross-selling, up-selling, and referral management.
• Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Good to Have
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or Excel reporting.
• Experience in AI-driven sales enablement or banking transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile, Jira, and UAT processes.
