This is not a passive documentation role. You will work closely with product leadership and engineering to shape features, define workflows, and ensure high-quality releases.

2. Workflow & System Design

• Map end-to-end workflows (production tracking, inventory, compliance modules, etc.)
• Collaborate with engineering to define system behavior and integration logic
• Understand API flows and data dependencies
• Ensure functional coherence across modules

3. Stakeholder & User Engagement

• Conduct structured discovery sessions with industry users
• Challenge vague requirements and push for clarity
• Convert feedback into prioritized product improvements
• Validate feature readiness before sprint commitment

4. Release & Quality Support

• Support sprint planning and grooming sessions
• Participate in UAT and validate feature functionality
• Identify gaps proactively before production release
• Track adoption and user feedback post-launch

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in:
• SaaS product environment
• Technology startup
• ERP / workflow-based systems
• Strong understanding of:
• Agile / Scrum execution
• User story writing & backlog management
• Workflow modeling
• SaaS architecture fundamentals
• Ability to think in systems and process flows

Nice to Have

• Basic familiarity with food processing or manufacturing lifecycle
• Exposure to ERP or production software systems
• Experience working in domain-heavy platforms (healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, etc.)

What We Expect at 2+ Years

• You can operate with minimal supervision.
• You can independently structure ambiguous problems.
• You understand trade-offs between scope, timelines, and complexity.
• You can challenge stakeholders when requirements lack clarity.
• You think beyond features — you think in product systems.
