Business Analyst & Prompt Engineer

As a Business Analyst and Prompt Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in optimizing Agent Workflows, Prompts, and RAG to enhance agent interactions, ensure relevant outputs, and maximize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) efficiency in the Fashion Retail domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding Business Requirements, Agents" Roles, Data Structures, and Internal/External Content. - Familiarizing yourself with Multi Agent Frameworks, LLMs, and their capabilities and limitations. - Designing and refining Agent Workflows, Agent Role Definitions, System Prompts, and Guardrails. - Optimizing RAG for both Structured and Unstructured Data using a mix of queries and semantic search. - Developing real-world business queries for Fashion Retail and conducting A/B testing to evaluate workflow and prompt effectiveness. - Collaborating with Business Users, Developers, Data Analysts, AI Engineers, and Testers to integrate prompts into production workflows. - Creating User Guides and Training Programs to educate Users on AI Agents, Best Practices, and Limitations. - Incorporating User Feedback into Agent Workflows and Prompts. - Managing Stakeholders by effectively communicating the capabilities and limitations of AI agents. - Staying updated on industry advancements and best practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in the Fashion Retail domain. - Experience in Business Analysis and Data Analytics. - Proficiency with Multi Agent Frameworks and Prompt Engineering. - Engineering/Professional Qualification/Masters from a Reputed Institute. - Strong English Language Skills. - Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills. - 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
