Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business partners, stakeholders, and tech teams to gather, elicit, and document comprehensive business and functional requirements.
  • Process Mapping: Analyze existing business workflows, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and design optimized "to-be" process models.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Evaluate large datasets to identify trends, perform root-cause analysis, and generate actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Documentation Management: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Use Cases, and User Stories.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
