Cognizant Hiring GPP Lead Payments Business Analyst Experience: 10 to 15 yrs Location: Bangalore Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Product Consultant with 8 to 12 years of experience in Payments Product - Functional and GPP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Investment Banking Operations. This hybrid role requires expertise in payment systems and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our financial services. The shift is day and no travel is required. Responsibilities Lead the analysis and design of payment product solutions to meet client requirements. Oversee the implementation and integration of GPP systems within client environments. Provide expert guidance on payment product functionalities and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of payment solutions. Conduct thorough testing and validation of payment systems to ensure accuracy and reliability. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for payment product processes and procedures. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for payment product-related issues. Monitor and evaluate the performance of payment systems to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all payment product activities. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team knowledge and skills in payment products. Engage with clients to gather feedback and refine payment product offerings. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of payment solutions. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in payment technologies and investment banking operations. Qualifications Possess a deep understanding of Payments Product Functional and GPP systems. Have a strong background in Investment Banking Operations which is a nice to have. Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Show proficiency in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
