Role Description
The Business Analyst – Fresher will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and support the design of effective solutions. In this full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, the individual will assist in documenting business processes, preparing reports, and analyzing data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting requirement-gathering sessions, translating business needs into clear specifications, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as operations, product, and technology. The Business Analyst will also help test proposed solutions, support implementation activities, and contribute to continuous process optimization within the organization.
