Must-Have Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, or Financial Services.
  • Strong exposure to

    Retail Lending

    , specifically

    Home Loans and/or LAP

  • Hands-on experience working with

    Loan Origination Systems (LOS)

  • Experience in

    Business Analysis

    , requirement gathering, BRD/functional documentation.
  • Exposure to

    Change Request (CR) management

    , project implementation, and production support.
  • Experience coordinating with business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Good understanding of

    APIs, integrations, application architecture, and data flows
