Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jhansi for a Guest Faculty at BIET Jhansi. The Guest Faculty will be responsible for conducting lectures, preparing and delivering course materials, and mentoring students in their technical and academic growth. The role involves evaluating student performance, engaging in academic research, and contributing to various departmental activities. Additionally, the Guest Faculty is expected to stay updated with developments in their field and contribute to the overall academic progress of the institution. Qualifications Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills in relevant engineering, technology, or management disciplines Proficiency in curriculum design, academic research, and classroom management Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Hindi Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative educational environment Possession of a postgraduate degree (M.Tech/M.E./Ph.D.) in the relevant field; Ph.D. preferred Previous teaching or mentoring experience is highly desirable
