About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development professional to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth for our interior design and execution company.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills, preferably with experience in interior design, architecture, construction, real estate, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects.
• Develop relationships with architects, builders, developers, real estate agents, consultants, and potential clients.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and client meetings.
• Meet prospective clients to understand their interior design and fit-out requirements.
• Coordinate with the design and estimation teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and convert prospects into confirmed projects.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain client databases, prepare sales reports, and update CRM records.
• Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams from lead generation through project handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales; interior industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
• Good networking skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
• Basic knowledge of interior design projects, materials, pricing, and execution processes is an advantage.
