Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive who can help Claf Advertising acquire new clients and build long-term business relationships.

The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with business owners, understand client requirements, pitch marketing solutions, generate leads, conduct meetings and close deals.

This is a target-driven sales role with strong growth and incentive opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and research potential clients across Pune and other markets.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, Instagram, email, networking, references and field visits.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Identify businesses that can benefit from digital marketing, branding and advertising services.

Client Acquisition & Sales

• Connect with business owners, founders, marketing managers and decision-makers.
• Understand the client's business, marketing requirements and challenges.
• Pitch relevant Claf Advertising services based on client requirements.
• Conduct online and offline client meetings and presentations.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with the internal team for customized pitches.
• Negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

• Build strong and long-term relationships with clients.
• Follow up regularly with prospects and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
• Ensure smooth handover of new clients to the internal execution team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals and conversions.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Good understanding of sales and business development.
• Ability to communicate with business owners and decision-makers.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and advertising is preferred.
• Ability to create and deliver sales pitches.
• Comfortable with both office and field meetings.

Preferred Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Advertising Sales, Digital Marketing Sales or Agency Sales.
• Experience selling digital marketing or advertising services will be an advantage.
• Candidates with an existing business network in Pune will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
