Role & responsibilities Identify, activate, and onboard new Channel Partners (CPs) to promote real estate projects. - Maintain regular engagement with CPs through visits, calls, and digital marketing collaborations. - Train CPs and their teams on project details, pricing, and sales pitch to enhance productivity. - Ensure timely and accurate communication of all project information, including payment plans and updates. - Organize and conduct CP meets and training sessions at project sites during launch and sustenance phases. - Track and analyze walk-in data and CP performance to optimize lead generation. - Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review. - Support branding and visibility efforts at office and site locations. - Actively participate in exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and real estate events to expand network and visibility. - Maximize channel-driven and referral-based business. - Report to the Team Leader and coordinate for achieving sales targets. Preferred candidate profile Candidate must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. - Based in Mumbais Western Suburbs. - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of sales experience in real estate or allied industry preferred. - Fluency in English, Marathi and Hindi; knowledge of Gujarati is a plus. - Excellent communication, client engagement, and presentation skills. - Must be well-groomed, professional, and comfortable in a client-facing role.
