Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and vendors. Ensure construction quality as per drawings, specifications, and standards. Monitor material usage, stock management, and ensure timely procurement. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Maintain site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with building bylaws. We are seeking an Architect who is also proficient in Structural Design for residential buildings. The ideal candidate should be able to produce architectural drawings, structural plans, and coordinate with site engineers to ensure smooth execution as per safety standards and Indian building codes. Key Responsibilities Prepare conceptual designs, working drawings, 2D plans, sections, elevations, and 3D visualizations. Develop space-efficient and Vastu-friendly layouts. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and incorporate changes. Ensure all designs meet local building regulations and approval requirements. Prepare structural design and drawings including: Perform load calculations and structural analysis for residential projects. Optimize designs for cost efficiency without compromising safety. Validate and approve contractor/shop drawings. Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers. Provide technical guidance during construction. Ensure compliance with IS codes and quality standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Civil Engineering; M.Arch / M.Tech (Structures) is a plus. experience in residential architectural & structural design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro / ETABS / SAFE (structural design), SketchUp / Revit (optional but preferred) Strong understanding of IS Codes (IS 456, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 13920 etc.) Ability to create accurate BOQs and working drawings.
