As an Industrial IoT Digital Consultant at BTF Technology Pvt Ltd, your primary focus will be on driving the digital transformation of operational processes in the Biotechnology and Pharma industry. You will collaborate with global clients to enhance productivity, ensure compliance, and optimize manufacturing processes through the implementation of IoT solutions. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored strategies that align with clients" strategic objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes by merging technology with health sciences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct detailed assessments of current operations to identify and evaluate IoT opportunities. - Design and develop IoT strategies specifically tailored to the biotech industry. - Collaborate with R&D and production teams to seamlessly integrate IoT solutions into existing processes. - Analyze data collected from IoT devices to generate actionable insights for operational improvements. - Develop clear and comprehensive implementation plans, including project timelines and resource allocation. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout IoT implementations. - Provide training and ongoing support to staff on new IoT systems, tools, and processes. - Stay updated with the latest IoT trends and technologies to continuously improve digital initiatives. **Qualifications Required:** - **Education:** - Bachelors degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or a related field. - MBA or equivalent advanced degree. - **Experience:** - At least 2-3 years of management experience in Industrial IoT, particularly within the manufacturing or biotechnology sectors. - Proven experience in implementing IoT applications and digital transformation initiatives in a manufacturing environment. - **Technical Skills:** - Understanding of L0/1/2 in Operations Technology in Smart Factories and high-Level knowledge of PLCs, HMI, SCADA, MES is preferred. - Strong understanding of data analytics and IoT technologies, including sensors, devices, and cloud platforms. - Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to inform decision-making and strategy. - **Soft Skills:** - Strong communication skills for effectively engaging with global clients. - Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking with a focus on practical solutions. - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders. - Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - **Project Management:** - Demonstrated experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation and IoT initiatives.
