Chief Technology Officer (CTO) AI, ASI, Autonomous Systems, Robotics, UAS, UGV, EO & Advanced Electronics About Us We are a high-growth, innovation-driven technology company operating at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Artificial Superintelligence (ASI). Our core capabilities span AI-driven autonomous systems, robotics, unmanned aerial systems (UAS), unmanned ground vehicles (UGV), electro-optics (EO), sensor fusion, image analytics, and advanced electronics. Our remote-controlled and AI-driven autonomous weapons platforms have been successfully developed, demonstrated, and evaluated by the Indian Armed Forces, validating both technical maturity and operational relevance. As we scale globally, we are entering a critical phase of international co-development, strategic partnerships, merger & acquisition activity, and IPO preparation. We are seeking a deeply technical, hands-on CTO to lead our technology vision and execution. Role: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Role Overview The CTO will define and execute the company’s long-term technology vision and architecture, leading the research, development, validation, and deployment of advanced AI, ASI, autonomous platforms, EO systems, electronics, and sensor-integrated architectures. This is a pure technology leadership role. It is not a general management or COO-type position. We are looking for a technologist who builds, understands, and challenges systems at depth, and who can engage credibly with international domain experts of global repute. Key Responsibilities Lead hands-on R&D and system-level architecture across AI, ASI, autonomy, robotics, EO systems, electronics, EMP, and sensor fusion. Define scalable, secure, and defense-grade technology roadmaps aligned with long-term strategy Drive algorithmic integrity, system safety, robustness, and real-world validation—not demos or slideware Collaborate with international experts, research institutions, and strategic partners on co-development programs Act as the company’s technical authority in engagements with defense stakeholders, government bodies, and global partners Candidate Profile & Qualifications Proven, hands-on technical leadership in AI, ASI, autonomous systems, EO, electronics, robotics, or defense-grade platforms Demonstrated international exposure, including collaboration or co-development with globally reputed experts or organizations Deep expertise in AI/ML, autonomy stacks, perception, EO payloads, electronics, embedded systems, and system architecture Track record of delivering real, deployed systems in mission-critical or regulated environments Strong ability to operate across multi-disciplinary engineering domains Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, or related field preferred Why Join Us Opportunity for international exposure and co-development with world-class domain experts CTO role in field-validated, defense-grade AI and autonomous systems Direct ownership of EO, advanced electronics, and next-generation autonomy programs Competitive compensation, co-founder status, and meaningful equity participation Strategic role during M&A and IPO journey Culture built on technical excellence, ethical clarity, and long-term impact How to Apply If you are a hands-on, deeply experienced technology leader with demonstrable expertise in AI, ASI, autonomous systems, EO technologies, and advanced electronics —and for whom ethics, honesty, and integrity are non-negotiable —we invite you to apply. Superficial experience, opportunistic “AI flukes,” buzzword-driven profiles, and compromised value systems are not welcome.
