Role & responsibilities Process Maintenance :- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Injectable & OSD machinery Utility Operations Management: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of utility systems like HVAC, boilers, chillers, water treatment, compressed air, and power systems. Compliance and Standards: Ensure all utility systems comply with GMP, regulatory, and safety standards. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted utility services.. Troubleshooting and Repairs: Address breakdowns promptly, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of utility performance, maintenance, and regulatory inspections. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all utility operations and maintenance activities. Coordination: Collaborate with production, quality, and other departments to meet operational and project requirements.
