Job Description

Emergency & First Aid Care:
Provide immediate treatment for workplace injuries, cuts, burns, falls, and medical emergencies (such as cardiac events or allergic reactions) before transport to a hospital. [1, 2]
Health Assessments & Screenings:
Conduct pre-employment medical checks, periodic health surveillance, and fitness-for-work evaluations. [1, 2]
Medical Record Management:
Maintain strict, confidential digital and physical logs of daily patient visits, accident reports, and injury claims (such as workers' compensation). [1, 2, 3]
Occupational Health & Compliance:
Monitor OHC pharmacy supplies, check emergency medical kits across the facility, and assist with statutory health and safety compliance (e.g., Factories Act guidelines in India). [1, 2]
Wellness & Vaccination Campaigns:
Coordinate health promotion workshops, ergonomic advice, and routine immunization or health check camps
