As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients over the phone to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, and assist customers with their inquiries. Responsibilities: Actively promote and market our products/services to potential clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. Collaborate with the sales and business development team to plan and execute marketing campaigns. Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, leads, and client interactions. Represent the company at promotional events, exhibitions, and networking meets when required. Requirements: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not mandatory. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus. High school diploma or higher qualification; certifications in marketing/sales is an advantage. Fluency in English and Tamil is required.
