Key Responsibilities: Review/Maintain project-wise books of accounts for real estate and construction projects Supervise accounting entries in Tally / ERP systems Monitor cost sheets, work-in-progress (WIP), inventory, and receivables Oversee GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation (2A/2B) Coordinate for Income-tax returns, tax audit data, and assessments Ensure compliance with TDS/TCS provisions Coordinate with CA, auditors, and RERA consultants Coordinate with banks for loan disbursement, interest statements, and documentation Lead and supervise junior accountants and executives Coordinate with legal, sales, engineering, and management teams Assist management in financial planning, budgeting, and MIS reporting Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / CA Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Leadership and team-handling capability Excellent communication and coordination skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail
