Broadband Telecaller for sales

We are urgently looking a broadband sales telecaller to drive customer acquisition for our broadband/WiFi services. As a Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining service plans, and converting leads into active connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers for broadband/WiFi plans.
• Convert incoming sales inquiries (inbound calls) into confirmed connections.
• Explain service offerings, tariffs, and “All-in-One” WiFi plans clearly to customers.
• Generate interest, fix appointments for field sales/installation teams.
• Follow up with leads, quotations, and pending closures.
• Maintain a daily log of calls, leads, and sales in CRM/tracker.
• Work with Sales Manager to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Upsell/Upgrade existing customers to higher bandwidth or bundled plans.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
