The Business is now taken over by reliance and is become bad to worst. Evident from the interaction with the staff. all illerate staff . The cost of filter replacement is changed from 5400/- rs to 7100 that too with spurious parts outsourced from local markets. Only money minded mentality and with zero intent of service.

The service quality has gone down drastically. I purchased the machine 3 years back. The service was very prompt then. Now for everything I have to follow up for 2-3 days atleast. Once i raised a request on the app, they called me after a month. Do not buy their AMC, they will not change the filters when required.
