Job Descriptions - Sales Executive Title : IT Sales Executive Department : Inside Sales and Operations Location : Office Premises Client : Corporate and & B2C Customers Reporting To : Business Manager No Of Subordinates : Nil Position & Functional Goals : To do data mining, identifying customer, doing company profile, lead generation, fixing up sales meeting with the client, requirement gathering, doing sales and post sales activities accordance with sales policies, procedures and processes of the company. Achievement of the Key Performance Area (KRA) and Service Level Agreement targets. Duties & Responsibilities : Report for work at right time. Sales Management, Follow-up, Email, Telephonic discussion Responsible for handling of incoming and outgoing calls in Office. Responsible for maintaining the sales registers including lead tracking Preparation of database of Client contacts and updating the same. Provide assistance in general administrative work Develop New Clients and Corporates Making sure to demonstrate professional and polite responses while communicating on telephone. Any other duties given by Manager. Update daily tracker Daily Telephonic Report to HOD / Manager Employee Specification & Key Competencies Will able to work in teams Good at Man Management & Customer Handling Sound Job Related Knowledge. Understanding with Work PC literacy and ability to manage daily activities using various systems. Initiatives highly desirable Fluent in English & Local Language.
