Bought Snacks it super oily and stale. I requested the person to look into the product while he was packing but he ignored and was rude saying all pieces are good. Bad experience and super rude behaviour

Ordered aloo pyaaz kahori from here on 22 sept 2024, these kachoris were old, they only refried them and given them to us. Due to this I am having severe pain in stomach and acidity. Avoid this brijwasi outlet at all cost

Sweets are good except the staffs and the people who run the show are very hostile and too bad in behaving towards genuine customers. They aren't capable enough to be hospitable and they treat people on the class and social status . Absolute humbug people. Not going to purchase next time

We ordered samosas and jalebi in the morning. It was cold and hard clearly old stale food passed off as fresh. Called the shop - they couldn’t be bothered - they said you can do whatever you want- did not deny that the jalebis were stale.

Nice sweet shop. But they have centralized kitchen so not all sweets and snacks fresh. If you really want to enjoy fresh stuff you should. Know the time when the fresh supply reaches the shop which may differ from shop to shop

Very bad service. I am a regular customer, everytime I call for Paneer to be delivered at home they make excuses, change the minimum order amount, change the home delivery timings, send small broken pieces of Paneer and even the quality is not like earlier though price is increased. Very sad to see the Brijwasi standard going below
