Job Description We are urgently hiring an experienced NR Sales Manager to lead business development and relationship management for Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients in the Pune/Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NRI banking , with proven success in sales of TFX (Trade & Forex), Mutual Funds, and other wealth management products . Key Responsibilities Acquire and manage a portfolio of NRI clients with a focus on HNI & UHNI segments Drive sales of NRI banking products , including TFX (Trade & Forex), Mutual Funds (MF), Insurance, NRE/NRO accounts, and investment solutions Achieve revenue and business targets through cross-selling and upselling to existing and new NRI customers Build strong relationships with NRI customers by understanding their financial goals and providing personalized investment advice Coordinate with product teams to deliver tailored solutions based on client needs and regulatory compliance Stay updated on global markets , NRI regulations (RBI/FEMA), and cross-border taxation implications Maintain KYC/AML compliance and ensure documentation is in order Handle inbound leads and generate referrals from satisfied NRI clients Prepare regular MIS reports , pipeline trackers, and market analysis for senior management Key Skills & Competencies Proven experience in NRI Banking & Sales Sound knowledge of TFX, Mutual Funds, Investment Products, Insurance, and NRI regulations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage and grow high-value client relationships Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach Proficiency in banking systems (e.g., Finacle, CRM tools) Qualifications Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field NISM / AMFI / IRDA certifications (preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience in NRI banking sales Prior experience working with private banks or wealth management firms targeting NRI clients
