Timings: 8:45 AM - 3:00 PM Key Responsibilities: 1. Parent & Customer Engagement: - Greet and receive children in the morning, interacting with parents during drop-off. - Maintain strong relationships with parents and address concerns proactively. 2. Admissions & Enrollment Management: - Handle inquiries, conduct centre tours, and explain the Montessori curriculum to parents. - Guide parents through the admission process, including documentation and fee payment. - Coordinate with Senior on further admission counselling process - Maintain an updated record of admissions, inquiries, and follow-ups. 3. Update and monitor Bright Beep (CRM system) for admission inquiries and follow-ups. 4. Safety & Operations Management: - Ensure the center gates are securely closed during operational hours. - Monitor overall safety and hygiene standards within the center. - Conduct regular safety checks and report any concerns to management. - Oversee the pick-up and drop-off process for van transportation. - Once a week, travel in the school van to monitor the pick-up and drop-off process, ensuring smooth and safe transportation. - Supervise van checks for safety and compliance. - Maintain records of attendance, inquiries, and operational checklists. 4. Teacher Coordination & Classroom Support: - Ensure class teachers follow Montessori and Activity and Academic guidelines and schedules. - Support teaching activities when required, especially between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. - Step in as a substitute teacher in the absence of staff. - Future Day Care Coordination: Assist in structuring day care activities, safety protocols, and parent communications.
