Brigade Utopia Worst project .., they have used cheap quality tiles inside house and at the time of booking they said you can put better quality tiles after handover . But now they are not allowing me . You pay more than a crore and you get third grade quality tiles in house .

Their CRM department doesn't serve the customers and they are in their own sky, no proper response when visiting the office and no respect to the customers who bought property spending crores of rupees. Worst ever builder and crm.

Brigade cheated us by giving false promises on the amenities.. only till the time they sell the flat they show the enthu.. after that you will struggle a lot… pls be careful and don’t waste your valuable hard earned money on this group

Cracks on the outside walls of Brigade Golden Triangle causing water leaking on the interior walls. Even after repeated attempts to contact customer case there is no response. Reported before handover - it was repainted; reported again …
