Bridge Design Engineers

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake structural analysis and design of major bridges, PSC bridges, flyovers, ROBs, piers, foundations and superstructures.
• Prepare and review design calculations, structural analysis models, design reports and detailed drawings.
• Work on complex bridge structures, including cable-stayed, extra-dosed, segmental and long-span bridges, wherever project requirements demand.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IRC, IS and project-specific standards.
• Coordinate with highway, geotechnical and construction teams to develop practical and cost-effective design solutions.
• Review drawings, resolve technical issues and support design reviews and value engineering.
• Guide junior engineers and ensure accuracy, quality and timely delivery of design outputs.

Preferred candidate profile-

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering ,M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in bridge structural design.
• Strong understanding of bridge engineering principles, structural analysis, load combinations, seismic design and foundation systems.
• Proficiency in MIDAS Civil; working knowledge of STAAD.Pro and AutoCAD.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex engineering assignments with technical ownership, precision and accountability.
• Experience with major bridges or specialized bridge structures will be an advantage.
