Role Overview As a Business Development Associate, You’ll lead B2C and B2B outreach to qualify leads and pitch customized real estate infrastructure plans. This role combines remote prospecting with on-site client engagement, ensuring every customer receives a solution tailored to their needs and aligned with our company vision. KPA • Initiate structured outreach via calls, messages, and digital platforms to engage potential clients. • Qualify leads through discovery conversations and needs assessments. • Conduct in-person visits to present infra development plans and close deals. • Align proposals with customer aspirations and company policies. • Maintain CRM records, lead funnel updates, and follow-up strategies. • Collaborate with branding and strategy teams to refine pitch materials and client touchpoints. Ideal Candidate Profile • Civil engineering background is a Plus, • Strong verbal and written communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face formats. • Familiar with MS office. • Experience in B2C/B2B sales & marketing is a plus. • Comfortable with lead generation, prospecting, and initial engagement strategies. • Ability to understand customer psychology and tailor pitches accordingly. • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow in a purpose-led environment. Location: Dehradun-based candidates preferred. Local travel for client meetings is expected. Experience: 0–3 years preferred. Freshers with strong people skills and a learning mindset are welcome.
