With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our sales force to tap into new markets and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage sales for Dry Mix products in the assigned region. Identify new business opportunities, channel partners, applicators, and influencers (contractors, builders, architects). Execute product demonstrations, technical presentations, and field trials at project sites. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to regional business development. Gather market insights on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences. Coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries, payments, and customer support. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer retention. Candidate Profile: Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Civil, Marketing, or any relevant stream. MBA preferred. Experience: 03 years in Sales/Marketing of Building Materials, Construction Chemicals, or related products. Freshers with a passion for field sales and construction industry are welcome. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel locally and work independently with targets.
